Chicken Pancit

Pancit is the Filipino version of Chow Mein. It’s made with a variety of different noodles ranging from thin rice threads to thick wheat noodles. Pancit can be made with a wide variety of vegetables, proteins & seasonings.
Ours uses both rice threads & canton, a yellow wheat noodle with a more luxurious mouth feel.
We use onion, garlic, celery, carrots & cabbage. Occasionally we use mushrooms & zucchini.
Vegetable Pancit (vegan)

Our fried rice is made with high quality Jasmine Rice. It is seasoned to perfection with garlic, pepper & soy sauce. We use mixed vegetables, green onions & this can be customized to fit your palette & lifestyle.
This can easily be made to be vegan and/or gluten-free.

Adobo is the National dish of the Philippines. It is dark meat chicken braised in soy sauce, vinegar, tons of garlic, peppercorns & bay leaves for 2 hours.
